Shipments

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive notifications by email and WhatsApp with the status of the order. We will process your purchase within a maximum of 48 business hoursIf you have not received notification after 48 hours, please contact us.

Delivery time for your city starts from the moment we ship your order.

Problems with your purchase

If any issues arise during the preparation or shipping process, we will contact you to inform you and offer you a solution or a refund. If you paid with Addi, we will cancel the debt.

Payment against delivery

If you chose payment on delivery, please note that we will only make 2 delivery attemptsThe order will then be returned to our facilities.

Delivery address

We deliver to most municipalities in Colombia through Coordinadora or TCC. Delivery times vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and road conditions.

Important: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days.

If your order qualifies for free shipping and you make a change of address, the value of the new shipment will be charged, which will depend on the city and department of the new delivery.

Value of shipments

  • Free shipping for non-discounted clothing purchases.
  • If your purchase includes at least one non-discounted product, shipping will be free (does not apply to Cosas or SALE products).
  • For SALE clothing or Cosas products, the shipping cost depends on your location and starts at $9,000.

Order Tracking

You can follow the status of your order by logging into your account. Go to the section 'My orders' by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the website. From there, you will be able to see the details and status of your purchase.

We also send you by mail the guide number that begins with 60 or 13 so you can track it directly on the TCC page, in the section 'Track Guide'.

Safe shipments

Important: If the package arrives damaged or the bag is open, NO you receive it. Write us immediately to our WhatsApp +57 300 000 1000 to help you with a solution.

We are available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Sundays and holidays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
